3 EASY STEPS MAKING PROFESSIONAL PATTIES

STEP 1️) Put a piece of wax paper inside the plate,

STEP 2️) And then the meat.

STEP 3) Press!

NOTE: DO NOT put another piece of wax paper on the meat before pressing.

TIPS OF USING

👍Applicable Meat Weight: 5~8 oz, Max for 10 oz (1/4 ~1/2lb)

👍If the patty is hard to be removed, we suggest that you may try the solution below:

a.) Before pressing, put more than one pcs of paper or spray oil on the bottom.

b.) Try not to press it too hard.

c.) Try using square wax papers or plastic wrap underneath the meat before pressing.

👍 The patty papers can be used to separate your pressed patties, preventing them from stick together when you freeze them.

👍 The burger press is dishwasher safe.

👍 Do not put porcelain presser on fire directly.

👍 To prevent the porcelain presser from being broken, keep it out of reach of children and store it in a safe place.

👍 The food-grade 304 stainless steel plate is non-magnetic.
